Sandra was determined to find us our dream home! She worked day and night and was available at any time. Due to this crazy market, buying a home is not easy, yet she persevered, continued to show us homes (at least 50 homes) and after being outbid more than 15 times, we found our home! She worked with the seller's agent, figured out what needed to be done, and made it happen! Sandra was honest and provided us insight on the current reality in the market and kept us informed with any real-estate/covid updates. Sandra is the best realtor, no question. She has helped us three times now. 2 of those times have been challenging; the first was the very beginning of the pandemic, the second was just recently during the economic downturn. No matter what, she remains positive yet realistic and focused on the client’s needs (and panicked feelings). I always know her advice is sound and I never question that she will help me get to the finish line. The only problem with moving into our dream house is we won’t need her help soon! Even though that is both bitter and sweet.

My husband and I had been talking about moving back to Cambridge,On from Hamilton,On. Then one day we found ourselves in Cabridge and we wanted to look at some houses that were for sale. We dropped in at Royale LePage on Hespeler Rd. and we asked for a list of homes for sale in the area. We were taken to a room and were invited to sit down while she went togetsomeone to speak to us. Just moments later, a young lady came in and greeted us with a broad smile and kind words. 😊 She heard of why we were there and what we wantedto do. She gave us the rundown of the housing market andthe fierce competition for the buying of a bungalow in Cambridge. She told us that the waythemarket is now, we needed to sell our house first. She offered to set up a "Portal" so we could see the houses that are selling now. Before leavingshe said: " I will find you that house you are looking for".
We put our house on the market and Sandra kept sending us pictures, of new homes other market, and personal notes just to keep in touch while we were going through the battle of "Open Houses and "Showings". Soon our house sold and Sandra started showing us homes. The showings went like clock work. Sandra was available when we wanted to see a house that day. Even in the pouring rain,she came out showed us a house that we wanted to see. It had just come on the market. We fell in love ❤️ with that houseand told Sandra we wanted tobuy it. With a lot of competition, in buying a Bungalow, Sandra managed to get the house for us. The Bungalow was on the market for 24hrs. That’s how effective Sandra is, with her skills, in putting the offer forward and closing the deal.

Sandra is a real gem to work with. She comes with fabulous expertise, a fun and positive attitude (even through the most stressful of times) and is incredibly detailed in guiding you throughout the whole buying and selling process. I even needed some information at 10pm on a weeknight and wasn’t expecting a response but she was right there assisting which I’m truly grateful for!

We couldn't have imagined going through such a process without Sandra on our side..... She keeps things professional while also being extremely personable and making sure that she fully understands what you need! Sometimes she knew what we needed before we did!
